Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your SwingSaber must be unused and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a refund less any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.
